The Commander in Chief, faces a difficult situation, the tax extension deal..  4th quarter, recalls a former first string quarterback, William Jefferson Clinton..  Passes the ball to him, gives him the White House Briefing Room podium with national coverage... then leaves President Clinton with his (President Obama's)  podium, because 'he has kept the first lady waiting for 30 minutes.'  I have been honored with  senior command positions in the military..  Just never ever considered that giving up my 'podium' to a former Commander for cover was an option..  Sorry, folks I don't get it.. and am embarassed for our President ..

Yes, very embarassing for such a distinguish person.  Come on, they are both the same, just in different ways.  They both want control, government control is all they know.

-This was very embarassing, at least for me to watch...and I would think for him. -But this is what we get when we elect a totaly unqualified, unproven person for chief executive. -The press is guilty for not vetting him. The people are guilty for not demanding that a serious presidential candidate allow access to his birth certificate, his passports, his college grades and papers, etc., etc., etc., -He and his crowd of politically-appoinnted leftist America haters are ruining this country. If teh new congress does not stop him, our national future is at risk. If he gets a second term, teh nation's future as a capitalist republic will be destroyed. -This is not a right wing joke. This is serious stuff. When the economy is gone, all else will fall.

If McCain had selected someone with better credentials than Palin, there would have been more independents to support him. The right should have excepted McCain and a more centralist as VP. You might still be celebrating his election. However, the right won the battle with Palin but lost the war. This is not intended as a negative post on Palin but rather an honest assessment.

We just forced those Independents to accept a totally unqualified leftist and a half-wit because they were so afraid of Palin.  Yep, its all our fault........  And I thought that those that voted for the candidate were actually the ones responsible for putting them in office.  What the heck do I know anyway?

We just don't agree, Pal.  President Obama appeared to be in over his head and I'm certain that  was not lost by the international community..  I saw the leader of the free world as a person that could not deal  with difficult issues and punts to President Clinton..  Hands over the Presidential Podium to the same... bails out from the venue because 'the first Lady has been waiting for 30 minutes??'   Maybe it is OK..  just not my style of leadership..

Every day he gets smaller and smaller as his total lack of ability and qualifications become ever more apparent.  By the way, in one of the latest Gallup polls Bush is outpolling the Messiah......despite everything being Bush's fault.  I would say that Obama can see how pitful he looks having brought Slick Willie in to "save" him but he is so narcissistic that he probably thinks he is doing Clinton a favor.  Sort of like his speech about Liu Xiaobo (Nobel prize winner) by talking about himself.  I know, we are all shocked at his self absorption right?!?!?

The nation is better off for having with electing President Obama rather than Senator McCain..  Senator McCain and the 2008 GOP were more of the same...  Big government, big spending and status quo.  The last 2 years has given us a clear view of the  progressive agenda and the  'tea party' vision has finally seen the light of day..   Let's see where we go from here..
