I always liked the gravy.............

I heard the secret once was tellicherry pepper.

I would substitute some or all of the black pepper for tellicherry pepper.

On the side,  I was curious about Chick-fil-A.  You must egg bread it and pressure deep fry.

It looks like lots of salt too when you add the celery and garlic salts to the regular. Are these teaspoons or tablespoons? I always thought a capital T was tablespoon, but it is usually written Tbs and teaspoon just t or ts.

Same question.  Teaspoons or tablespoons?  Tablespoons seem a mite much.
