Hello, new to posting here. I have been fishing Martin for over 30 yrs. and following this site for several years. I very seldom have fished during summer (July thru sept.) but i did make a trip this year in late August to meet my son and his fiance and take them out to Chimney rock area to swim. I did find some schooling spots and caught some 3 lbs. and larger on a slider worm and also rattletrap (chrome/blue)....also caught several with worm around deep water rocky points and also around deep water docks (30+ Ft).  I am planning another trip to Wind Creek week 0f 9/24..
