Better than a Dollar General!

Seems those hills are all red dirt. Ever wonder how that dirt got mounded into hills and valleys?  Millions of years ago maybe under water and the currents did it?  One would think the hills were caused by rock protrusions from long ago earthquakes and tectonic plate movements but the mass of DIRT in those hills belies that theory.

"Enquiring" minds want to know!

Yeah, it sure is a lot of dirt.  I suspect that the hills and valleys were caused by water runoff over hundreds of years.

This was during the pre-kudzu era...severe soil erosion resulting in strange formations.

Will there ever be a surplus of storage units (boats, furniture, Frito-Lay chips, etc.)?  Seems like our society stores more things than we use!  Wish I had that idea many years ago!

Yes, and once you pay off the initial investment, it's all profit.  I can't say for sure, but I expect it is the same owner who has the storage units down the road.  I rented one from them while we were moving and it wasn't cheap (and it wasn't even climate controlled).
