Everyone should be required to ride the lake in the winter to see what is actually out there. Previous post's point out that folks are out there tubing etc. If they only know what was under them. But, as you well know you just can't get some folks to listen, so they have to learn by spending huge amounts of money on props and lower units. Happy boating ! P.S. make sure your depth finder is working!!!

Agree. Riding the lake in the winter is the best way to gain a good knowledge of hazards in the water.
