We'll see what Goofy thinks when this is reversed on appeal.  And be assured of this, given the left wing, nut job judge in this case they will attempt to seize his NY assets and drive him out of business.  And all for loans he paid back under the terms of the agreements at significant profit for the banks.  Pure, hard core politics ala a banana republic.

Aggree MM.  Thats why he didn't bother with a jury trial.  He knew the game was rigged so he is playing along to get it to a higher court that wont have Kangaroo judges.  

On aonther note, I actuallY watched a minute or so of Leticia James video yesterday for the first time.  I had seen her picture and thought that is one ugly woman, then I heard her speak and realized the reason she is such an ugly woman is becuase "she" is really a MAN!!!

I love that he really got under her skin and forced her out.  This really does seem to be politically motivated and I agree that it will be overturned on appeal.
