Hey guys..Wood bulkhead rotten in record time (8 years). Gotta replace the whole shebang.
One builder is quoting using GeoStone vs treated lumber crap.. Any experience of getting GeoStone permitted??

You could travel a ways and buy the old CCA that will last.

I don't think it is a problem. Most of my neighbors have geostone.

I found geostone is laid 2 courses under grade over tamped rock per their engineering.
I found that a concrete and rebar footer is the same cost as two courses.
Mine built that way since 05. Recommend.

Has anyone found a good contractor for Geo-Stone installation?
