there are some mildew stains on my 1 year old jet ski cover. what should be used to remove? I am afraid a mixture of bleach will damage the material.

I would suggest using Jomax. It does mix with bleach but when mixed properly it will only be 15% clorox, 5% Jomax, and 80% water. Just spray it on with a garden sprayer and let it soak a few seconds and scrub with a brush then rinse it off. It also works great for cloth covered cushions. You can get it at Lowes, Russell's or most any hardware. Have fun!

I love Mary Kate Mildew and Mold Remover- spray it on in the full sunlight, wait 5-10 minutes, rinse off and then wash cover. Works great on boat seats. Do a search on forum and you will find other recommendations. I purchase from Clearwater Marine behind Chucks' Marina.
