What do the part timers do for security? Can you give me ideas and send the email directly to me if you are worried about giving away your security tips.

Also can you get cable turned on for the summer and off again without too much hassle and cost?

Thanks for the info. Will the sheriff's office patrol neighborhoods if they are contacted about future vacancies? I have a special 38 that will be accompany me to the lake this summer, that will be some added comfort.
Are the police reports public knowledge that can be view over the internet?

You may also want to obtain a Concealed Carry Permit if you do not already have one. I was in and out of the Coosa County Sheriff's Office within about ten minutes with ours.

Some time ago one of the lake magazines had a feature on a high dollar home on the ridge. In the article, the homeowners talked about, among othe things, how they could adjust the air conditioner and heater at their Martin home from North Carolina. How is this possible? Could I have a camera at my cabin and turn it on from time to time from a remote site? If so, who provides this type service?
