Makes you wonder if APCO changed the rule curve for this winter so less debris would be exposed. They should have lowered the lake to 480 this year and had a plan in place over the summer to clean up again during the winter.

surely you are not serious? First, we all beg them to leave at 483', we get it as a result/precaution from the lingering draught effects from last few years, most are asking 483'--or higher--be made permanent, so now---"they" are doing it to hide debris? LOL
