Check out the lakes on the Chattahoochee River system. Note that Lanier is at the lowest level of all, yet they still release when it rains. Three days of rain and the lake is down about .10 a foot. These guys of the COE have no clue. Water policy of spite, plain and simple. Look at the levels of Eufaula, Goat Rock, Harding, West Point.....we are down over 6 feet, three of these are at or almost full. http://lanier.uslakes.info/StateSites.asp
