Good morning Lake Martin people, I will be camping at Wind Creek 10/ 4-6/12 and was hoping to see some current fishing reports on here. Particularly on Crappie, Blue Gills and Sun Fish.

Good luck the crappie are in a transitional stage so they are hard to find. The are biting real soft but try deeper water surrounding brush piles. I went last week and caught them in anywhere from 4ft to 20ft.

Thanx for the info and I will report back after my camping / fishing trip. I installed a Huminbird 561 today with vertical and side scan, this should be a big help over the 25 year old depth finder it replaced.
