I hope everyone watched Hannity last night and saw the training video that was made by Homeland Security to teach us how to react if we are attacked by gunmen in our offices. A first grader could have done a better job. It was really insulting to our intelligence and what a waste of taxpayers money. Among things it sugested for protection were crawling under tables, hiding under desks, hiding in closets, locking oneself in a room and pushing furniture up against the door, etc. As a last resort, it came up with a better idea than taking a knife to a gunfight, it suggested opening the desk drawer and arming yourself with a pair of scissors. It made no mention of maybe having a gun in your desk drawer so you might be on equal footing with the attacker. It also reminded of Obama's advice a few months ago to " not take a knife to a gunfight". Now that our leaders in Congress are trying to pass laws to take away our guns, what "weapon" do they suggest we take to a "gunfight"? How can we find out the cost of producing such a rediculus video?
