Doesnt it start filling on the 17th or 18th? And more rain is on the way.
But,on a down note, tornado season begins this Friday.

The rule curve started rising on the 18th, but the lake level will fall to meet the curve unless heavy rains prevent that from happening.

Oh, but watch as they are now .1 away from rule curve....they will go below rule curve in anticipation of rain. Drought conditions are forecast to continue this year...a little surplus is far better than needlessly "flushing" water down stream.
