How in the heck do you get an old beat up aluminum flat bottom boat registered? I don't have a bill of sale, there is no data plate or anything so I have no idea what model or make it is.

It's not that hard. Just make up a hull number and create a bill of sale. They really aren't really difficult about it depending on which county.
