Hell, I am just exited that Family Dollar is opening in the old Fred's building.  The DG across the street is unshoppable.

According to January 21 issue of the SWRA newsletter, “talks with grocery store” were mentioned in managers article as a possibility for the new developments on either side of the mail gate of SW.  Since there’s a couple of miles to the Dollar General on Hwy 34 and to DG on Hwy 50, my guess is DG needs another store to completely circle the 900 properties in SW!!!  HA!
