I own property on the lake and will be building in 3 years. I have been reading about the low lake level and was wondering how many people have pools? Do would reccomend them?

I thought when the lake is low we could always swim in our pool. I know it's not the same but it gets hot in the summer and I need some water to spalsh in for relief.

Sorry I can't be there for the meeting. We aren't coming down until July.

No pool here. There is luttle water at my dock this year too. I see little evidence of pools at most houses from the water. It is so verry steep at so many lots they are just too expensive.

How far would you have to walk to get to water?

We have a 1 1/2 acre lot in River Oaks. It has a gentle slope to the water. There is plenty of room for a pool. I thought of a lap pool for exercise year round. I just wanted advice because I know we have a septic tank and field to work around.
