This weekend we were at our place off of Coosa 20. We noticed all the for sale signs at Eagle's Point have been taken down, including the one that said "Reserved" on it. It also looks like Bolton Cove is undergoing a change as well. The big signs on the road and the water no longer show the common area with a pool but instead a house that is similar in style to the 3 built right before Bolton Cove.

Do you have any clue what is going on with these developments?

We have been back from seeing it almost two weeks now. The next steps are siding and interior sheet rock. We are hoping for a September completion.

What did you think of the other new place as you come out of the narrows? It is the one with the metal roof (sort of an eyebrow window in the top center of roof) and faux stone. To me, it looks slightly oriental in design and very pretty.

We rode over by land to, I think, the area your place is in. We wanted to see what the lake house for sell next to the condos looked like. It had a nice view of the water, but I would not want the location right next to the condos. I believe it is listed for $975,000.00.

Have you noticed the number of marking poles the utility company (?) has placed along CR-20 marking the burried cables? I can see a pole every 1/4 mile or so, but heck there must be one every hundred feet.

Those lots and houses are no longer on the mls website. I wonder if they have decided to hold off on marketing that development.

We've noticed the utilities too. We were walking one day this past week and it is telephone/fiber optic cables. Comig down there at night and the reflectors on them make us think it is a deer out in the woods.

I don't recall the house you are talking about. We had my husbands family up so there were quite a few on the boat.

What am I talking about? I have been back almost one week, not two. It seems longer. Time goes by so quickly when I am down.

The place I was referring to is to your right hand point of view as you come out of the narrows. You see my place to your left center. The other place is almost completed and worth riding by the next time you and boataholic are in the area again. By land it off Oat Road off of CR-20. Take the first fork to the right off Oat Road. Go to the very end.
