So now he has to plead not guilty and may have to go to trial for tax evasion and gun violations.  Best news I have heard all day.  Discovery is going to be a hoot.  If I were him I'd sue his idiot attorney that lied to the clerk to get damining evidence removed from the docket.  She should be disbarred.  Of course, now Weiss may have to prosecute the case in Delaware court so he could get off if he has a favorable jury.  That is unless they come up with a new deal acceptable to the judge.  And Weiss I am sure will decline to testify in the House now that this is again an active case so we'll probably never know who got him to make such a favorable sweetheart deal in the first place.  You can be sure Garland was involved.

Judge specifically asked if he was still under investigation and they said yes but would not say for what.  She specifically asked about FARA and they refused to answer.  Of course he committed felony tax evasion and felony gun charges and felony violation of FARA and lots of other illegal acts.  Maybe now they will get to the bottom of the pay for play bribery scheme involving his father....the real issue at hand here.

Would not count on any of it - well other then him getting off.  Usually for him that requires his brothers wife or hookers, so getting off due to a favorable jury could be a new one for him!

The Right has no problem with 37 indictments against Trump with more to come. What's  the big deal if Biden gets a few? Grow up dudes.

Never said I do not have a problem with Trump and his dealings - but he would still be better then Bribem, and if Bribem ever had a real investigation into his dealings he would probably rack up lots more then 37 - but you do not have any issues with that do you?  Because its (D)ifferent!!  

Ill be shocked if Bribem gets a few of anything.... Expecially after reading about the plea deal that would have covered Hoover Bribem from any prosecution for his crimes.  I thought you were all for charging crimes where they happen?  Or is that just reserved for Trump and his family?  DOJ tried to hide the actual plea deal and got called out for it - at least the Judge asked the right questions and tossed that deal!

You cheered when demonrats attempted to impeach Trump over a phone call ABOUT Bribems Ukraine dealings - but now its just grow up and move on over the family of your guy?!?  Oh no someone showed a picture of Hoover Bribem and redacted his junk, while you were posting every Melania pic you could find showing any skin - but oh no norms and decorum!!!  

Someone needs to grow up, but it is not me!! Demonrats lowered the standards of impeachment and have weaponized the DOJ/FBI - When and if another republican gets into the preseidency - expect a return on your investment, and do not sit around and whine when it happens about how we just need to grow up and move on - a better line would be, welcome to the new normal based on what you have done in the past.  

If Bribem loses the presidency and republicans actually grown a set - its going to get really interesting. 

Hoover Bribem could not even keep his hands off his sister in law.....  The whole family is a sick incestious cesspool.

I was in the car yesterday when the news broke.  ON Fox news they were doing a happy dance and on CNN News, they were still talking about Trump.  

It's nice to see a judge with the interstinal fortitude to refuse to be a rubber stamp to a ridiculous plea deal.  

Yesterday, a reporter asked Biden's Press Secretary if he still believe that anyone with a gun violation should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and of course, she had no comment.

What apparently cratered the deal for now is the statement from the government that the plea deal does not immunize Hunter from FARA violations.  His lawyer said it did.  The government's lawyer said it didn't.  His lawyer then said the deal was off.  I cannot believe that the DA would have the gonads to immunize this dirt bag from every single crime he has committed with such a lenient plea deal.  But we are talking about the DOJ so who knows.  One thing for sure, he would be wise to take a limited plea deal even if it doesn't include FARA violations.  That anyone thinks he was not acting as a foreign agent agent without being properly registered and providing reports of his activities is mind boggling.  We know he did and we know why he never registered and definitely why he never reported it.

FARA is the one they really want off the table and we all know why. If he is indicted for FARA violations it will open up his entire sordid history of selling his father's influence for tens of millions of dollars to China, Russia, Ukraine, etc., etc.   They will get to the bottom of what he did, who paid what, what they got for their bribery money and who ultimately benefited.  All roads lead to Joe Biden who "Never discussed his son's foreign business dealings"....oops..er....um....."Was never in business with his son!".  Which will soon morph to "He never financially benefited from his son's business dealings" and then into "The millions he received from Burisma had nothing to do with his threat to withhold a billion dollars in funding until they fired the prosecutor looking into Burisma corruption!" eventually to,  "This is old news and what difference at this point does it make?"   And finally into "I have decided not to seek reelection so I can spend more time with my six grandchildren...cause I'm never going to cop to the last one and to get my viscious dogs away from secret service agents".  From there it will just be him yelling at kids to get off his lawn and nicely asking the most intelligent person he knows to stop leaving his crack pipe on the counter and porn on the computer.......unless its kiddie porn, in which case he can leave that as long as he gives Dad his password.
