Looks like his stock in Truth Social is estimated to be worth $4B when it goes public.  If he has to pay the $355M judgement that will give him a nice write off on his sale of the stock after the 6-month waiting period.  Remember, he who laughs last, laughs best.  Not that I think the fine he actually pays will be close to that amount and may actually be vacated on appeal.

Meanwhile, cnnBS anchors are going to be in for a shocker when they go to renegotiate their contracts in 2025 and 2026.  New CEO is going to slash them bigly come renewal time.  Is Wolf Blitzer worth $15M a year with a paltry 238K viewers?  I think not.  Neither are any of the others.  As an aside when he was CEO of bBS in the UK the highest salary was $1.7M and that was some former soccer player.

He'll need the cash.  His lawyer says under the BS NY statute, he will have to pay the judgement within 30 days, even if he appeals it.  NY is just digging itsel into a deeper hole, as far as future investments.

In Civil Appeals the the appellate must put up a bond equal to the judgement in order to file an appeal.  I just yeserday filed a motion with the court to release the bond of the defendant that appealed my civil victory now that he Alabama Supreme Court has ruled in my favor.  It is NOT just in NY, pretty standard in most all of the states.

In 30 days.  I see the DA wants to seize property if Trump doesn't post the needed cash.   Wonder however what the NY court higher up will do ?  And then the mayor giving out cash to illegals!

Prob the same decision as the NY supreme court. It's the statute that's an issue, not the court's decision.
